A sympathetic renovation has created high quality office space, available as suites or as individual rooms. The Centre is accessed from a rooftop car park into a reception area manned by welcoming, helpful staff, who will greet your visitors as you would wish them to be greeted. The reception facility also offers secretarial support, conference room, individual telephone reception, fax, post room, and photocopying services, as required. Subject to availability, office suites are available to cater for the individual, as well as larger companies. Allocated parking is available to the front of the building, with additional spaces available to lease on the side car park. The office suites are available on flexible lease terms for a term of years to be agreed. All areas of the building benefit from 24-hour security by means of CCTV and manned patrols. |
There is a service charge that covers: • Heating • Lighting • Cleaning and maintenance of common areas (including toilets and kitchens) • Lift maintenance, external maintenance, including window cleaning and landscaping • Building insurance • Security/CCTV • Receptionist (an additional charge will be raised for any secretarial assistance used) • Refuse collection • External lighting
